Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant operated “C Child Care Center” from April 1, 2008 to February 28, 201, in Jincheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.

1. In spite of the fact that anyone does not obtain authorization for the establishment or modification of a child-care center other than national or public child-care centers by fraud or other improper means, the defendant was a social welfare division of the Jincheon-gun Office of Chungcheongnam-do on September 26, 2009, and the fact that D does not work as the head of the child-care center, even though D did not have a license for the head of the child-care center, and applied for authorization for modification on the 29th day of the same month after obtaining a license for modification from D to D.

2. In spite of the fact that no person has received a subsidy or appropriated a subsidy by fraud or other improper means, the Defendant obtained a false authorization to change the head of the relevant nursery facility as described in paragraph (1) and met the legal nursery teacher ratio by borrowing only the certificate of qualification for the above nursery teacher from F to F that he/she would not work in the above nursery facility, and subsequently, the Defendant satisfied the legal nursery teacher ratio.

A. A. Around October 12, 2009, by improperly entering the “integrated information system” into the “integrated information system” office of the above child-care center, and received KRW 674,000 from the said bank account in the name of the above child-care center, as well as KRW 11,525,00 in total of subsidies over 17 times from around that time to February 11, 201, such subsidies were received in an unlawful manner as shown in the attached list of crimes (1);

B. On October 20, 2009, at the above child-care center office around October 20, 2009

In the same manner as described in subsection (b), the special duty allowance and treatment improvement expenses for F were charged to the Agricultural Cooperative account in F, and the sum of KRW 110,000,000, including the special duty allowance of KRW 120,000 and the treatment improvement expenses of KRW 120,00,000, and the total of subsidies shall be paid 17 times in total from around that time to February 25, 201, as shown in the list of crimes (2).
