Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who operates B, B, and C, in the first floor.
1. The Defendant, from June 7, 2016 to October 30, 2016, employed D as a part-time childcare teacher from June 7, 2016 to part-time childcare teacher, despite having employed D as a part-time childcare teacher from October 10 to 15, 2016, employed D as a part-time childcare teacher.
By making a false report on appointment and dismissal to the competent authorities, 6,672,150 won (basic education fees of KRW 4,122,150, and allowances of KRW 2,550,00) was received.
As a result, the Defendant received subsidies by fraud or other improper means.
2. From April 11, 2016 to November 7, 2016, the Defendant received subsidies of KRW 3,660,270 (basic education fees of KRW 1,074,80, parents’ childcare fees of KRW 2,585,470) as if G had applied to the above childcare center for the pertinent period, although G was registered with the F of the said childcare center, but did not actually have to do so.
As a result, the Defendant received subsidies by fraud or other improper means.
3. The Defendant, from September 1, 2016 to October 31, 2016, received subsidies of KRW 680,410 (free operating expenses, KRW 94,410, and parental childcare fees of KRW 586,00) as if H had applied for the above childcare center during the above period, even though the child H was registered as the first half of the childcare center, but did not do so in fact.
As a result, the Defendant received subsidies by fraud or other improper means.
