Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 13:00 on July 18, 2018, the Defendant stolen the victim D from the fourth female toilet of the C Hospital in Busan Metropolitan City, Daegu Metropolitan City, using the gap in which the victim’s market price was 1,00,000 won and the victim D was negligent in monitoring around the surrounding area.

2. Embezzlements of lost possession;

A.
