A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

One of the modern cards seized (No. 1) shall be the victim C and the resident registration certificate.

Punishment of the crime

On September 17, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on September 17, 2014, and completed the execution of the said sentence in the Ansan Prison on September 17, 2016.

C. On September 2017, at the station platform of the subway No. 1, which was located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, etc. 327 of prisoners of war, the victim F, obtained one copy of the welfare card and returned it to the victim, without following necessary procedures, and he/she thought that he/she had it.

D. A in 2017: (a) took one driver’s license lost by the victim E on the front of the subway Station No. 13, Young-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, to his thought he had without following necessary procedures, such as acquiring one copy of the driver’s license lost by the victim E; and (b) returning it to the victim;

E. around October 2017, in Seoul, the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Mobro 4: (a) obtained one copy of the resident registration certificate lost by the victim D, but did not follow necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; (b) he/she took the thought that he/she had to have, around October 2017, without taking necessary procedures, on the moving route of subway 4 and subway 9;

F. On November 201, 2017, the victim acquired one of the KBK Telecom Card (the card number M) with the loss of the victim H in the electric car operated by the subway 1 line, which is located in Pyeongtaek-si 51, Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-si 51.
