A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Embezzlements of lost possession;
A. On April 13, 2019, from around 23:00 to 04:00 on April 14, 2019, the victim B embezzled the property that he/she had on his/her own idea and embezzled, on his/her own idea, the property that he/she lost from the victim’s possession, by taking necessary procedures, such as acquiring one bucker card, three bucker card, three bucker card, and one bucker card, one 50,000 won at the market price with the resident registration certificate, and returning it to the victim.
B. C. On April 14, 2019, at around 03:00, the Defendant: (a) lost a female owned by the victim H due to his/her falling while dancing in the D club as set forth in paragraph (a) of Article 1; (b) did not take necessary procedures, such as acquiring one set of a fluored red wall equivalent to KRW 200,000 at the market price with one card, and returning it to the victim; and (c) embezzled the property that he/she had on his/her own thought to have, and instead, embezzled the property that he/she left the possession of the victim.
On April 20, 2019, at around 02:40 on April 20, 2019, the Defendant acquired a son’s driver’s license, resident registration certificate, agricultural cooperative card 1, and modern card 1,000,000 won of the market price, and did not take necessary procedures such as returning the son’s license, resident registration certificate, agricultural cooperative card 1, and return the son’s property from the possession of the son.
