1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant changed the name of “H University” (hereinafter “I University”) around 1993 at the time of opening the school in 198.

(2) A school foundation that establishes and operates a school foundation. (2) (1) The Plaintiff A is an associate professor in the social welfare administration department and associate professor after being appointed as a full-time lecturer in the tourism administration department of the I college on September 1, 1991; (2) Plaintiff B as a full-time lecturer in the press press department on March 1, 2002; and (3) Plaintiff C as a full-time lecturer in the film arts department of the H college on March 1, 1999; (4) Plaintiff D as a full-time lecturer in the tourism department of the H college on March 1, 2005; and (5) Plaintiff E as a full-time lecturer in the computer information engineering department of the H college on March 1, 1998; and (6) Plaintiff F as a full-time lecturer in the H college tourism department of the H college on March 1, 208.

B. Article 30(1) of the Rules on the Personnel Management of Workers enacted by the Defendant’s Articles of Incorporation provides that “The term of appointment of Plaintiff A shall be determined as of February 28, 2012; (2) the term of appointment of Plaintiff B shall be determined as of October 1, 2006 until February 28, 2011; and (3) the term of appointment of Plaintiff C shall be determined as of October 1, 2006 until September 30, 2012 (Article 30(1) of the Rules on Personnel Management of Workers enacted by the Defendant’s Articles of Incorporation shall be deemed as the expiration date of the term of appointment of Plaintiff C until the expiration date of the term of appointment of Plaintiff C by 30.3; and (3) the term of appointment of Plaintiff C shall be determined as of February 1, 2013 as of March 1, 2013; and (4) the term of appointment of Plaintiff C shall be determined as of March 28, 2012.
