Punishment of the crime

1. From July 2015 to January 2016, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) at the marina business establishment, “E” located in the underground space of the Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Building from around July 2015 to around January 2016, the Defendant received 80,000 to 160,000 sexual traffic payment from many male customers who had inserted a commercial sex advertisement on the Internet website and reported the advertisement; and (b) by having two male women with nationality, female sex trafficking (one name, F, and “G”), who have sexual intercourse with the male guest’s sexual organ, etc., and divided the commercial sex trafficking payment into two parts: (c) sexual traffic women.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. From July 1, 2016 to August 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) installed four smuggling with simple beds and shower facilities, two indoor rooms, and one shower box, etc. installed at the venue establishment, from around July 1, 2016 to around August 12, 2016, where the Defendant had a large number of male customers, and paid 100,000 won for sexual traffic; (b) had a Korean female J, K, andO, who is a Korean passenger sex trafficking, engage in a similar act by having a male guest, or have a male guest and sexual intercourse; and (c) divided the sexual traffic price into sexual traffic with a female and female.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
