Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts;

A. Defendant A and Defendant B’s joint criminal conduct operate “F” from May 28, 2015 to May 29, 2015, under Article 207 of the Bupyeong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City E building 207, and Defendant B had been paid a monthly rate of the revenue from Defendant A, a business owner, from the above “F” during the said period.

As a result, Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.

B. Defendant A’s sole criminal conduct from May 22, 2015 to May 27, 2015; and Defendant A’s sole criminal conduct from July 25, 2015 to August 7, 2015.

The term “F” was operated at the same place as the entry in the port.

The defendant installed nine rooms in the above business establishment and employed nine female employees D (e.g., h). After guiding the above business establishment to the guest room, let female employees waiting in the business establishment give 35,000 or 60,000 won to the guest room, and let them do the act of similarity in the manner of causing circumstances, such as scambling or omitting the sexual organ of the guest with his hand and his hand, and then, by paying to female employees the amount of 20,000 won out of the commercial sex acts received from the customers, the defendant arranged commercial sex acts.
