Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who runs apartment cleaning, disinfection, and security service business chain B, C, and D.

The defendant, using the fact that the minimum bid price for apartment service is a competitive bid, had other companies participate in the bid at a price higher than that of the defendant's management company, and conspired with the operators of E such as Co., Ltd. to be awarded the contract by the defendant.

1. On December 2014, the Defendant: (a) set up and sent e-mail an estimated price to be submitted by the said E, etc. in order to obtain a successful bid from both Koreas, E, H, I, J, and K, Inc. from both Koreas, and G apartment security service suppliers; and (b) around that time, C, etc. submitted a tender document by setting the estimated price as KRW 19250,000,000; and (c) the said e-mail, etc. participated in the said apartment security service tender and received the final award by C, etc., by taking part in the Defendant’s operation of the said apartment security service tender.

2. On June 2014, the Defendant submitted the bid documents by designating the estimated amount of KRW 3.50,000 per month to the Defendant’s 350,000 per month in the “Stol Dol apartment apartment contract bid”, and upon requesting the Defendant to participate in the tender to K, E and I Co., Ltd., thereby having the said companies set the estimated amount higher than the Defendant’s estimated amount, and thereby having them participate in the service tender, the Defendant’s management Co., Ltd. received the final award.

3. On June 2014, the Defendant submitted a tender document by setting the estimated amount of KRW 3.60,000 per month to Defendant’s operation of the Defendant at the “Stoxi service company” apartment apartment in Yangju-si, Yangju-si, and requested by K and E to participate in the tender, thereby having the said company more than the estimated amount of the Defendant.
