Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is the chief of the division of the cleaning service chain Co., Ltd. in the Gu D and 21st floor during Ansan-si.

When selecting a station company for security, the defendant, using the fact that the company that submits the lowest estimated price at the time of the selection of a successful tender, requested the same competitive company to determine the estimated tender price in advance when the apartment management office publicly notifies the bidding price to make the company successful bid.

On November 2013, the Defendant tried to establish the Hyundai Management System in order for Company E to receive a successful bid in the reverse bid for security of Hanpo apartment in Hanpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Hanpo-si, Hanpo-si, Hanpo-si, Hanpo-si, Kimpo-si.

On November 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) designated an employee in charge of bidding in the Hyundai Management System, “ 4,9320,000 won of the bid amount; (b) requested the participation in the bidding at a bidding rate; (c) participated in the bidding; and (d) subsequently, E received a successful bid.

Accordingly, the defendant has harmed the fairness of reverse bidding for apartment guard by fraudulent means.

2. Defendant B is the director of the above corporation E.

On August 29, 2014, the Defendant: (a) on August 29, 2014, in the public notice of the reverse tender for the security of the lux apartment housing, the Defendant: (b) on May 29, 201, set up the modern management services for the Company E to receive the successful bid, and (c) received the successful bid.

On September 15, 2014, the Defendant: “The 33 employees in charge of modern management services, 1950,000 won, and 33 e-mail, 2015.”
