1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

Basic Facts

The relevant defendant between the parties is a doctor to operate the Dsung Foreign Department (hereinafter referred to as the “instant hospital”) from Daejeon-gu, Seo-gu, 601.

Plaintiff

A and B are the parents of a dead net G (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”) after a pair of powers operations for the Defendant, and the Plaintiff C is the birth of the deceased.

On February 21, 2013, the Deceased by the Defendant was consulted with the Defendant on the bringing surgery of the Deceased on February 21, 2013.

On February 25, 2013 and February 26, 2013, the Deceased was provided with medical treatment, such as removal of boomed rice, after being admitted to the instant hospital.

On March 2, 2013, the Deceased complained of the instant hospital on March 2, 2013, in large snow, and the pair of bring lines seems to be too large. At the time, the snow of the Deceased was in the condition of the father’s body due to an operation, and the bring height was about 8 meters.

After three months, the defendant tried to re-protect the deceased's progress.
