1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a party. 1) The "E Hospital" located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D (hereinafter "the defendant hospital").

2) The Defendant Hospital died at the Defendant Hospital on June 18, 2015, as follows:

Plaintiff

A is the deceased's spouse, and the plaintiff B is the deceased's child.

B. (2) On June 15, 2015, the Deceased was hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital on June 15, 2015, and was sprinked on June 16, 2015 for a general anesthesia surgery.

The medical staff of the Defendant Hospital had the Deceased use the body flomond, Athon on the day of the operation, along with a little water, at the time of the operation. However, there was no cryp of the calcium medicine.
