1. The Defendant’s annual interest on KRW 40,476,633 and each of the above amounts to the Plaintiffs from November 8, 2013 to November 12, 2014.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The relationship between the parties 1) The defendant is E (9.77 tons, coastal fishing vessels, and hereinafter referred to as the "instant vessel").
(i) is the owner of the network and is the deceased F (hereinafter referred to as “the network”).
(2) As a crew member of the instant vessel, both the father G and the mother H died. There was no sibling for the Deceased. Nonparty I was Nonparty I and one other, and the Plaintiffs were the mother’s siblings.
B. A deceased’s death accident 1) The instant vessel, around November 15, 2013, at around 15:35, is engaged in the fishing of the instant fishing gear by connecting 50 meters away from the spoke net fishing gear, which was caught at the sea of about 11 nautical miles from the Jinjin-gun, Incheon Vindication-gun, to the spoke net fishing gear (hereinafter “the instant two net work”).
