Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the captain of Jung-gu Coast Guard Fishing Vessel D(9.77 tons) in Incheon Jung-gu.

On November 15, 2013, at around 15:35, the Defendant, at approximately 11 nautical miles in Incheon Spole-gun E, directed crew members, such as the victim F (the age of 32) at the 11 nautical miles in the northwest-gu, Incheon, directed crew members of the 11-nautical miles.
