Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From February 12, 2014 to the date of February 12, 2014, the Defendant is a person boarding as captain of D' (9.7 tons, FRP, five crew on board) of a coastal anchor net fishing boat in Incheon Reinforcement-gun.

7.9. At around 15:30, at around 15:30, five persons, including the Defendant, are on board the above D and departing from a coastal anchor net operation vehicle, and at around 18:50 on the same day, the Seodaemun-gun, Incheon, Incheon, the Seomun-gun, also used anchor anchor net fishing gear on the sea at approximately 4 miles days north of the westwest, using a line.
