Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner and captain of a fishing vessel B (9.77 tons).

At around 05:30 on April 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) departed from the Sonjin-gun, Incheon Spoondo port with the crew of the said fishing vessel, leaving the port to anchored the nets with their own nets at anchor at the sea near the same military epoch face, and captured the growth spawn flow with the steering gear at the roller.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the death of the victim from the above occupational negligence, i.e., damage to many parts of the body (such as a diversative frame and major long-term damage).
