Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On January 201, 2017, the Defendant issued phiphones free of charge from “E fishing place” (Defendant operation; hereinafter referred to as “instant fishing place”) located in Gyeongnam Kim-si, Kim Jong-si, G to F and received phiphones by delivering approximately 0.15g phiphones free of charge to F.

B. The Defendant was parked in the instant fishing place around February 16, 2017, around 19:00.

G Handphones (in the instant vehicle, hereinafter referred to as “the instant vehicle”) administered philophones in a scopon to a coffee.

On February 21, 2017, the Defendant carried philophones in the instant fishing place by keeping one philophone for disposable use and two philophones containing two philophones (non-flophones) in the vinyl work room in the instant fishing place.

2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. Around 20:00 on February 13, 2017, the Defendant smoked marijuana in such a way that, within the instant vehicle parked in the instant fishing place, he/she made it in the pipe form in the instant vehicle, he/she made it possible to put marijuana into the pipe form and inhale it with a fire attached.

B. On February 21, 2017, the Defendant, holding seeds of marijuana and the hemp plant, respectively, stored one plastic bag containing approximately 3.1g of hemp seeds in the bedrooms located in the instant fishing place, and one plastic bag containing approximately 3.7g of marijuana in the vinyl workroom, one plastic container containing approximately 5.6g of marijuana, and one plastic bag containing approximately 2.0g of marijuana inside the parked vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant possessed marijuana or hemp seed for the purpose of smoking marijuana.
