A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

1,300,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On April 6, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year in the Jeonju District Court for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on December 5, 2012.

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. At around 03:00 on April 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received from E a single-use injection device containing approximately 0.05 g of psychotropic drugs (one philophone; hereinafter the same shall apply); and (b) received from E a single-use injection device with approximately 0.05 g of psychotropic drugs.

B. At around 03:00 on April 8, 2014, the Defendant administered a phiphone in a way of dilutioning approximately 0.05g of philophones contained in a single injection device that was delivered without compensation within the aforementioned scope of 605, and administering a phiphone in a way of injecting it into the body blood line.

2. Around April 19, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (marijuana) carried marijuana seed coats by hiding the 214g seeds of the hemp plant, packaged in the toilet 505 water tank, which was packed in the test color vinyl, for the purpose of smoking or taking in marijuana seed coats around 19:05.

1. On December 2013, 2013, the Defendant arranged to sell and purchase phiphones by allowing F to buy and sell phiphones and arrange to use 0.7 g of phiphones by allowing F to use 400,000 won to E, and E to use 0.7 g of phiphones.

2. On January 201, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received a request from F to request the purchase of phiphones from F on the end of January 2014, 2014; (b) received a request from F to purchase phiphones on the same day; and (c) received approximately 0.7 g of phiphones sent by E from the Daejeon High Bus Terminal located in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon to use as high-speed bus freight; and (d) sent by E to F on the same day.
