Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant of “2018 Highest 1930” is not a person dealing with narcotics, so he/she shall not receive Metrophographs (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) which is a local mental medicine.
Nevertheless, on December 4, 2017, the Defendant received from D to Kwikset service, and received the non-scopon volume (3 partitions) through Kwikset service.
"2018 Highest 2764"
1. A violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fluence) is not a person dealing with narcotics, and thus the Defendant should not receive or administer mecophographs (i.e., a single philopon; hereinafter “philopon”).
A. On December 4, 2017, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting the volume of philophones into a single-use injection machine and dilution with bio-waterways, and administering philophones in a way of injection into the Defendant’s arms blood cells.
B. On December 2017, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received philophones from D, which were contained in the one-time injection machine from D, from the Defendant.

Defendant 1 administered philophones at the time and place mentioned in the above B, by inserting philophones into a single-use injection machine and dilution with brophones, by injecting them into the Defendant’s arms blood transfusion.
2. No person who violates the Narcotics Control Act shall smoke or take in marijuana or its seed coats;
A. On May 2018, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting marijuana in pipes made of stuffed stuffs from the building F of the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, and displaying smoke generated by attaching fire.
B. Around May 2018, the Defendant taken in the seed coats of the hemp plant in a manner that puts the fluority of the hemp plant in water and flusing off the fluor of the hemp plant in the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon.
