A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who is not a person handling narcotics, is not a person handling narcotics, is prohibited from dealing with psychotropic drugs clocks (one philopon, hereinafter referred to as clopon), and even when no person smokes or trades marijuana seed coats in order to do so, he received and administered copons, traded marijuana seeds, traded marijuana seeds, and smokes therefrom as follows:
