Punishment of the crime

1. On July 2016, the Defendant committed an indecent act in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Act, Minor Offenses, etc.) and the Child Welfare Act (child abuse) committed an indecent act by using the fact that it is difficult for the Defendant to readily refuse or resistance the victim’s demand by taking advantage of the victim’s age and ability to judge under the circumstance where the victim’s mother gives birth to the victim B (a family name, female and C) and the victim was temporarily left to the Defendant.

On July 2016, the Defendant, at the dwelling space of the Defendant (six years of age at the time of committing a crime) located in Seosan apartment E, displayed obscene videos with the Defendant’s sexual intercourse using his/her mobile phone, and continued to bring the Defendant’s panty and panty into the Defendant’s sexual organ continuously and demanded the victim to bring the Defendant’s sexual organ into the Defendant’s sexual organ. Accordingly, the defendant committed emotional abuse that harms the mental health and development of children.
