A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Criminal facts

The defendant of "2015 Highest 2649" was between the victim C (n't 6 years of age)'s relative D and the victim's relative D.

1. around 14:30 on July 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) did not commit an indecent act against G taxi operated by F in the vicinity of the new forest street in Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; and (b) on the same day, the Defendant did not commit an indecent act by F in spite of the fact that he was committed by F, such as holding his bucks on board a G taxi in the vicinity of the new forest street; (c) on the same day, around 14:47.
