A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, “B,” as an employee of the “B” agency, used an identification card received from his/her customers to subscribe to telecommunications services, sold the mobile phone in the name of his/her customer to open an additional cell phone and raise a living cost.

1. Crimes on January 26, 2019;

A. On January 26, 2019, the Defendant forged private document forgery at the “B” office located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and forged one copy of the application for D service application under the name of E, a private document signed by the applicant column, with the signature of “E”, “F”, “F” on the date of birth, “G”, “Seoul Northern-gu H”, and “E” on the customer name column, “F” on the date of birth, “Wphone”, “G”, and “E” on the applicant column.

B. The Defendant’s uttering of the above investigation document

As described in paragraph (1), one copy of the forged D Service Application can be stored, and it was transmitted through an internal program as if it was a document that was duly formed to the staff in charge of the D Service room who is not aware of the forgery.

2. A crime on March 13, 2019;

A. On March 13, 2019, the Defendant forged a copy of the I’s application form in the name of “D Service Application”, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, with the signature of I in the name of “I”, “J”, “J” in the name of “J”, “J” in the sex column, “K” in the address column, “Seoul Nowon-gu,” and “I” in the applicant column, and forged one copy of the I’s application form in the name of “D Service Application”, which is a private document related to rights and obligations.

A forged D service application form, such as described in the paragraph, can be stored, and it is transmitted through an internal program as if it was a document that was duly formed to the staff in charge of the D Service room who is not aware of the forgery.
