A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

30,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;

A. On February 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) stated “E”, “F”, “F”, and “E” in the name column on the paper of official approval color pen on the application form for D loan application form of the State-Si company C in the front of the Busan Si-Gu building B; (b) stated “E” in the name column; (c) “B” in the resident registration column in the cell phone column; (d) written in the cell phone column in the cell phone column; and (e) forged E’s signature in the name; and (e) issued the forged loan application form to the employee in charge of the loan of the Co., Ltd. who is aware of such forgery as if the document was duly formed.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged and exercised one copy of the loan application in the name of E, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. On March 5, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered “E” in the debtor’s name column, “5,000,000 won” in the loan amount column; (b) entered “24.0%” in the loan interest rate column; and (c) forged E’s signature in the customer name column; and (d) issued the forged loan application form to the employee in charge of the loan of K Co., Ltd. who is aware of the forgery as if the document was duly formed.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged and exercised one copy of a loan transaction contract in the name of E, a private document on rights and obligations.

C. On April 12, 2018, the Defendant entered “E”, “F”, “B”, “J” in the address column, “E” in the loan amount column, and “E” in the certified judicial scrivener office located in Busan City’s annual loan contract form in the name column using official approval color pen notes on the paper for the loan contract form for the Defendant, and forged it by signing a signature of “E” on the name side of the name.
