Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, who operates a mobile phone sales agency in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, planned to open a mobile phone in the name of B, with the fact that B became an employee at the above sales agency.

1. Crimes committed on May 29, 2018;

A. On May 29, 2018, the Defendant forged private document: (a) within the aforementioned mobile phone sales agency; (b) stated “B”, “D” in the subscriber column, “F” in the subscriber address column, “F” in the subscriber address column, and “B” in the applicant column; (c) stated “B” in the applicant column for the consent to use personal information; (d) signed “G” in the name following the name; and (e) signed “B” in the applicant column; and (e) written “B” in the applicant column for the written consent to use personal information; and (e) signed “G” in the name following the applicant column; and (e) written “B” in the applicant column for the contract for radio service contract; and (e) written “B” in the applicant column, and signed “G” in that name.

As a result, the defendant forged the application form for mobile phone subscription in the name of private document B, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, personal information utilization consent, service application form, and standard manual of radio service contract.

B. The Defendant’s uttering of a documentary investigation document above No. 1. A.

At the time, location, the date, time, and place specified in paragraph (1), C employees who are not aware of the forgery, who can not know of the forgery, can find out one copy of the forged mobile phone subscription application, personal information utilization consent, service application form, and standard manual of radio service contract as if they were the document duly formed.

2. Crimes committed on August 22, 2018;

A. On August 22, 2018, the Defendant forged private document: (a) stated “B” in the subscriber column, “D” in the subscriber’s address column, “B” in the subscriber’s address column, and “B” in the applicant column in the aforementioned mobile phone sales agency; and (b) stated in the C mobile phone subscription application form with black-type seals.
