A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Although the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated the hemp as follows:
1. Assistance in the trade of marijuana;
A. On September 1, 2015, the Defendant received 2,00,000 won for the purchase of marijuana from D, which was located in the street near Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and subsequently received 28 grams from E, and received 28 grams from D, and received 3 grams from D under the name of the hydropathy.
Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of marijuana.
B. 2. Smoking marijuana;
A. On April 2016, the Defendant: (a) posted marijuana in pipes made from the underground parking lots of Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul F building to the cubing door; and (b) smoked in a way of smoking by attaching the pipe to the end.
Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.
B. On May 2016, the Defendant: (a) placed marijuana in pipes made by croding days in front of the building in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (b) smoked in the way of smoking at the end of pipes by attaching the pipes to the croding day.
Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.

On May 2016, the Defendant, among the police officers of Gangnam-gu Seoul F building, putting marijuana in pipes made by clocking in front of the clock, and smokeed in a way of smoking with the pipe’s end attached.
Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.
