Criminal facts

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Trade in marijuana;

A. A. On March 2018, the Defendant purchased 196g marijuana 5,600,000 won from a U.S. national D on the road near the C State Points located in Young-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Seoul.

B. On June 7, 2018, the Defendant sold approximately 14g of hemp to F at KRW 750,000 on the front of the Young-gu E apartment on the roads of Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

C. On June 7, 2018, the Defendant sold approximately 28g of hemp to G at KRW 1,500,000 on the front of the Young-gu E apartment on the roads of Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

On September 2018, the Defendant sold approximately 14g of marijuana to F in front of the Young-gu E apartment road in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On April 2018, the Defendant smoked marijuana once by inserting 0.5g of marijuana purchased from a park shelter in the Young-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, as referred to in paragraph 1(a), in tobacco pipe, and attaching a roman with a fire.

B. On January 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana once by inserting 0.5gg, among marijuana purchased as stipulated in subparagraph 1(a) of subparagraph 1 of the International Building J of Young-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, by inserting 0.5gg in a tobacco pipe, and attaching a rack with a racker.

C. On February 18, 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana once by inserting 0.5g of marijuana purchased in the Young-gu I Building J heading room of Suwon-si, as referred to in paragraph 1(a), in a tobacco pipe, and attaching it with a roman’s fire.

3. The Defendant is growing marijuana from January 4, 2019 to the same year.

By up to 18.18., in the idea of smoking by cultivating a substitute set of the I building J of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, 12 marijuana 12 plants were cultivated by installing a light stringer, LED, exchange wind facilities, small line winders, chemical dusts, solar soil (soil), transformers (110V), automatic sprinking machines, etc., and by planting and managing the seeds of marijuana in that area.
