A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around October 10, 2017, around 01:25, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim D (bee and 27 years old) who was under influence of alcohol and was locked on the street in front of Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul; (b) caused the victim’s breathing; and (c) led the victim to his house in Yongsan-gu, Seoul; and (d) took the victim’s sexual intercourse by putting the victim out of the clothes of the victim who was under influence of alcohol and was able to resist at his own house in Yongsan-gu, Seoul; and (b) inserted the victim’s sexual organ into the part of the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant has sexual intercourse with the victim by taking advantage of mental and physical loss or non-recoverable condition.

2. No person who violates the Narcotics Control Act shall carry, or smoke for the purpose of smoking marijuana;

A. On October 2016, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way of smoking in a way of inserting in a pipe of tobacco in the Defendant’s house located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

2) On November 2016, 2016, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way of smoking by inserting marijuana in a tobacco pipe at the same place as the early police officer, and attaching a fire.

3) On December 2016, 2016, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way of smoking by inserting marijuana in a tobacco pipe at the same place as the first patrolman.

4) On December 25, 2016, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way of smoking by inserting it in a pipe by inserting it into a pipe at the same place as before and at the same time as in the preceding paragraph.

5) On January 2017, 2017, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way of smoking, putting in a tobacco pipe the imprisoned quantity of marijuana at the same place as the first patrolman.

6) On February 2017, 2017, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way of smoking by inserting it in a tobacco pipe at the same place as the early police officer, and attaching a fire.

7) On July 2017, 2017, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way of smoking by inserting it in a tobacco pipe at the same place as a patrolman, and attaching a fire.
