A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Trade in marijuana;

A. On November 7, 2016, the Defendant, even if not a narcotics handler, purchased 150,000 won and one gram of marijuana contained in vinyl finite, which was driven by D in the direction of the same Gu’s Cheongdamdong-dong in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and was driven by D in the direction of the same Gu’s Cheongmodong.

B. On December 1, 2016, the Defendant purchased 450,000 won in C in front of the office of “G”, which is the seller, and approximately 3g of hemp (3g of 1g color) contained in vinyl paper.

On December 1, 2016, the Defendant received KRW 150,000 from H at the office of “G” above the P.M., and sold approximately 1g of marijuana packed in vinyl.

(d)

The Defendant, at the time and place indicated in the above paragraph (c), 1g of marijuana packed to I in vinyl, and sold 150,000 won from I through H around December 3, 2016.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On December 2016, 2016, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting the marith of marijuana into a pipe for smoking in the office of “G” and making a smoke generated by attaching the rab with the lab with the lab, D and H, along with the lab.

B. On the same day as the above paragraph (a) above, the Defendant her smoked marijuana by inserting approximately 0.2g of marijuana in the pipe for smoking in the above K5 passenger cars operated by D in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and attaching the smoke generated by rackers to D with the racker, while driving it in a way of a racker.

On December 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) posted the math of hemps in a pipe for smoking in the office of “G”; (b) smoked the hemps generated by h’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s

(d)

The Defendant, around December 13, 2016, was in possession of I in the pipe for smoking in the H operation, parked in front of the office of the said “G.”
