Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2016 Many145" accused is not a person handling narcotics.
1. On May 18, 2016, at around 23:16, the Defendant received from C a transfer of KRW 5.40,000,00 in the name of the price for marijuana from a new bank account in the name of the Defendant, and around May 18, 2016, around 23:20, the Defendant changed approximately 3g of marijuana, contained in C in vinyl in the front of the E High School located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
Accordingly, the Defendant traded marijuana.
2. Smoking marijuana;
A. At around 23:00 on June 14, 2016, the Defendant and F, at F’s house located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan G Subdivision, 0.5g of marijuana 0.5g on the Aluminium fluium, added it to the end, added it to the end, and as soon as possible fluencing at the end of the opposite part.
Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with F, smoked marijuana.

C. At around 20:30 on September 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) parked in the alleyway near the JJ’s house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, in a manner of inserting the maribage in the pipe of tobacco made by stuffing L, with a fire attached to L and J, making it difficult for the Defendant to spread together with L and J; and (b) smoking in a way of spreading the smoke.
At around 20:35 of the same day as described in paragraph (2) above, the Defendant parked in the above L’s tobacco pipe made by stuffing L, J together with L, and smoked in a way of spreading it by inserting it into the tobacco pipe made by stuffing in the instant L’s paper, which was parked in the coffee shop in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
