A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 20, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime (violation of the Resident Registration Act, forgery of the signature of the company, and the use of the signature of the above investigation) around August 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) on August 20, 2017, when he controlled the Defendant by drinking on the front day of the cafeteria C cafeteria located in the Jeonsan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, by drinking from E, and F; (b) on the ground that he was the Defendant’s partner G, he did so; (c) provided the above G resident registration number “H”; (d) provided the Defendant’s resident registration number “H” to use it unlawfully; (d) signed the driver’s signature of the notification on the result of drinking driving and the driver’s statement on the circumstances of the driver’s statement in the driver’s statement column; and (d) forged each G name signature by stating it to E and F, and exercised

The Defendant entered “J” in the notice of the result of the influence on drinking driving, and called “J” (CJ No. 31 pages of the investigation record). In that context, the Defendant stated the personal information of G as a drinking driver in the above document, and, inasmuch as the Defendant stated “A” as an intention to affix his/her signature in the column (sign. 1) above, even if the Defendant did not state “A driver G”, it may be recognized that he/she forged G’s private signature even if he/she did not state “name.”

2. On October 15, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime (Violation of the Resident Registration Act, the signature of the company, the forgery of the above investigation, and the exercise of signature) around October 21:50, 2017, when he was investigated by driving under drinking at the D office of the Seoul Special Police Station D office located in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Police Station located in the 66th Special Self-Governing Province, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol, and was conducted as if he was G, and used the above G resident registration number “H” to deny the Defendant’s resident registration number. After undergoing the investigation, the Defendant forged his signature in the “G” column of the statement in the suspect interrogation protocol, stating that he was “G” and presented it to I without knowledge of the forgery.
