A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 14, 2018, the Defendant: (a) driven CM5 vehicles at a distance of about 800 meters to the front road of Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon, while under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.126% among blood transfusions on January 14, 2018; (b) the Defendant driven CM5 vehicles at a distance of about 800 meters to the front road of the former.

2. On the roads set forth in paragraph (1) B around January 14, 2018, when driving under the influence of alcohol as stated in paragraph (1) above, as in paragraph (1) above of the Resident Registration Act, the name of F, who was controlled by D District Assistants of the Daejeon Police Station D District E in the Daejeon High Police Station and was asked questions about personal matters, was ordinary;

The F'G's resident registration number, which is the F's resident registration number, was the F's resident registration number and used the F's resident registration number unlawfully.

3. The Defendant forged a private signature and signed the above investigation was committed as if he were F in order not to be exposed due to the date, time, place, drinking driving, etc. mentioned in paragraph (2) above. The Defendant entered the inquiry of the results of the crackdown on drinking driving into a driver’s “F” and signed the signature as F during the PDA short term, which was presented for the driver’s signature, and then sent the above signature to a traffic computer network.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of exercising authority, forged the F's signature without authority and exercised it.

Article 62(1) of the Criminal Act of the suspended execution (in addition to the confession, reflectivity, the fact of violation of the Act on the Registration of Residents immediately after the crime is revealed, and the driving of drinking alcohol which has been punished once by a fine on July 201.
