A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on January 23, 2016 to a crime of obstructing the performance of official duties in the Changwon District Court’s branch on January 15, 2016, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 23, 2016 and is currently in the grace period.

[Criminal facts]

1. On April 1, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) and the Road Traffic Act (dimplicing driving) (dimplicing driving) driving on the road without a driver’s license around 00:28 on April 1, 2017, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.074% during blood, the Defendant driven a Cpoter vehicle from the front of a mutually influoring restaurant in the common and non-driving zone to the front of a police station in the common and non-driving zone of about 3:53 meters in the same time.

2. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) around the day and around the day specified in paragraph (1), on the road in front of the above Tong-gu Police Station; (b) on the road in front of the 112 report, and (c) received a request to present an identification card from E officers belonging to the Dong-gu Police Station D District Unit of the Dong-gu Police Station to verify the identity of the Defendant, who was a dead victim F resident registration number of the Defendant, was sent to the above E, and used the other person’s resident registration number unlawfully.

3. On April 1, 2017, the Defendant forged a private signature and signed the above investigation: (a) around 00:35, 2017, on the road of the police station in the above Tong Young-gu, the Defendant: (b) stated that the Defendant was “F” in the column of the driver’s name of the driver’s name of the above driver’s name; (c) forged another’s signature for the purpose of exercising the signature next thereto; (d) submitted the forged signature to the above E, who is unaware of such forgery, to the said E as if the signature was duly formed.

4. On April 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) entered a notice of the results of the drinking driving control into a driver’s “F” and sign the driver’s signature, for the purpose of making it difficult for the Defendant to conduct business affairs on the front of the above Tong-gu Police Station; (b) on the road before the above Tong-gu Police Station; and (c) on the road; and (d) on the road.
