1. All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.

1. Purport of claim

Of the buildings listed in the separate sheet, Defendant 1 shall successively connect each point of the attached Table 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 301 of the ship connecting each point of the attached Table 3 drawings; Defendant 2 shall, in the part of subparagraph 302 of the ship connecting each point of the attached Table 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 4; Defendant 3 shall, in sequence, leave the part of subparagraph 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 401 of the ship linked each point of the attached Table 4 drawings.

2. Purport of appeal

The part of the judgment of the court of first instance against the defendants is revoked, and all of the plaintiff's claims against the defendants are dismissed.

The reasoning for this Court’s explanation concerning this case is as stated in the corresponding part of the judgment of the court of first instance, which is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, excluding the deletion of the part mentioned in the instant case from the end of the 13th to the third end of the 5th one among the judgments of the court of first instance. Therefore, the part against the Defendants in the judgment of the first instance, which accepted the Plaintiff’s request for withdrawal against the Defendants, is justifiable. Therefore, all appeals by the Defendants cannot be accepted.
