A. The Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to shares of 37/39 of the Jung-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, 756.7 square meters, L 361 square meters, and M 164.6 square meters (hereinafter collectively referred to as “each of the instant lands”).

B. The Defendants are tenants of each of the instant buildings listed in the separate sheet on each of the instant land (hereinafter “instant building”), and among the instant buildings, Defendant B is 1) the part (A) (2), 9, 10, 10, and 1 of the attached sheet on each of the two floors 1, 2, 9, 10, and 1 of the attached sheet on each of the instant buildings (hereinafter “instant building”).

[6] The Defendant G occupies the part (f) (hereinafter “instant part”) of the ship connecting each point in sequence of 20,21, 22, 23, and 20 of the 1st underground floor indicated in the annexed drawing (hereinafter “instant part”) and 195 square meters (hereinafter “instant (f)”).

C. 1) On November 201, the Plaintiff was a 2/13 share holder of each of the instant lands. At that time, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against N, the owner of the instant building, seeking the removal, etc. of the instant building ( Daejeon District Court 201Gahap12716, Jul. 12, 2012, 201, stating that “N removes the instant building to the Plaintiff and pays money calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from November 18, 201 to the date of complete payment).”
