A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 01:00 to 02:00 on the first day of April 2014, the Defendant, together with the foreigners in distress at the above location, had the marijuana at the house near the subway Station located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; and (b) had the horses at the beginning of the year.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.

2. On April 201, 2014, at around 01:00 to 02:00, the Defendant avoided marijuana at the place indicated in the foregoing 2. Paragraph (2) by the same method as described in the foregoing 2.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.

3. At around 03:00 on May 1, 2014, the Defendant was unable to avoid marijuana received from a non-foreignerd foreigner before “C”, a main station near the said B Station, in the manner described in the above 2. Paragraph, within the Defendant’s small-scale car.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.

4. On May 2014, the Defendant avoided marijuana at the Defendant’s home located in Suwon-si, the 105 unit of the building located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Seoul-si, and at around 04:30, in the same manner as described in the foregoing 2. unit.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.

5. At around 01:00 to 02:00 on June 2014, the Defendant: (a) met the said French foreigner at the main point of the above “C”; (b) was unable to avoid marijuana in the same manner as described in the foregoing 2. Paragraph (2).

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.

6. On August 201, 2014, the Defendant was unable to avoid marijuana received from an unclaimed foreigner on the front side of the said Defendant’s house in the same manner as described in the above 2.3 below in the Defendant’s bosa car.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.

7. On September 1, 2014, at around 03:00 to 4:00, the Defendant avoided marijuana at the Defendant’s home in the same manner as described in the foregoing 2.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.
