A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

106,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 16, 2018, around 03:00, the Defendant purchased marijuana by purchasing a large amount of marijuana equivalent to KRW 100,000 of the alcohol value under the pretext of the purchase, at the 2nd beer house near the 2nd mix of Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, the second mix of the second mix of the trade name in the name of the non-resident.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On December 3, 2016, at around 21:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting approximately 0.3g of marijuana into the pipe made of a gambling paper in the Seoul Mapo-gu building and the Defendant’s residence at the third floor, and attaching a fire thereto, together with D.

B. On January 4, 2017, at around 23:00, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.3g of marijuana with D in the same manner as described in the foregoing A, at the Defendant’s residence as described in the foregoing paragraph (a).

(c)

On April 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00, at the residence of the Defendant as described in the paragraph (a) of this Article, carried a hole among the cans, carried it above, and smoked the marijuana by duplicating it above, attaching a fire thereto.

(d)

around 02:00 on April 18, 2018, the Defendant is above the Defendant’s residence at around 02:00.

In the same manner as the entry in the port, influent marijuana was smoked.

E. On May 16, 2018, the Defendant is above the Defendant’s residence at around 02:00 on May 16, 2018.

In the same manner as the entry in the port, influent marijuana was smoked.
