1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, Defendant B and C, and six months, respectively;

2.Provided, That this judgment shall not apply.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

(a) No person shall smoke marijuana;

Nevertheless, at around 10:30 on August 3, 2013, the Defendants: (a) parked in the near the E station located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si; (b) obstructed the marijuana being kept in custody in the F EF station or another car driven by Defendant A, who was driven by Defendant A, and smoked in the order of Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant C.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to smoke marijuana.

(b) No person in possession of marijuana shall possess it for the purpose of smoking;

Nevertheless, at around 13:40 on August 3, 2013, the Defendants: (a) moved to smoke by collecting marijuana, which is born in front of the GWW G G, and arrived at the F EFxa car driven by Defendant A; and (b) Defendant B her seated on the said car, and Defendant A and Defendant C collected the marijuana, and stored the said car at the intersection.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to possess marijuana.

2. The defendant A shall not possess for the purpose of smoking marijuana, or smoke it;

A. At around 17:00 on June 28, 2013, the Defendant collected and possessed for the purpose of smoking one marijuana, which was born in the Hlae-gun of Seongbuk-gun, Gyeongbuk-gun.

B. On July 2013, at around 09:00, the Defendant parked on the front side of the I apartment house in the F EF Station or another car driven by the Defendant, inserting two as soon as possible two of the aquatic diseases, and smoking marijuana in the way of inhaleing it as soon as the other side by inserting a fire.

C. On July 2013, at around 10:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana in the above manner at the above place. D.

At around 10:00 on July 2013, the Defendant smoked marijuana in the same manner as above at the above place.
