A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant treated the marijuana, which is a narcotics, as follows, unless there is a person handling narcotics:

1. At around 22:00 on February 2, 2013, the Defendant smoked in a hotel No. C hotel No. 202 at the 202 hotel in Australia, a studio-type D, by mixing with tobacco, with 0.3g of marijuana, which was studio-type D, in a way that the studio-type D added it to the studio-type, and then added it to the studio-type.

2. The defendant has committed the same harm;

3. At around 23:00 on the mid-term, the Minister of Government Administration and Home Affairs smoked in the manner described in the above paragraph 1, the 0.3g of marijuana held by the said D at the guest rooms No. 213 of the Adela City of Australia.

3. The defendant has committed the same harm.

4. At around 22:00, 21. 22.00, 0.3 grams of hemp, which were held by the said D, in the 2nd floor of the hotel in Australia, were smoked in the same manner as the above 1.

4. The defendant has committed the same harm.

5. At around 23:30 on the date, 00, 0.3 g of marijuana, which was held by the said D in the influent guest room in the city of the French-U.S. Buddhist city, was smoked in the same manner as the above 1.

5. The defendant has committed the same harm.

6.On the mid-term 23:30 on the date, 0.3g of marijuana, which was held by the said D in the guest rooms in the non-resident rooms in the city of Australia, was smoked in the same manner as the above 1.

6. The defendant has committed the same harm;

7.Around 23.30, on the mid-term date, smoking was made in the same manner as the above paragraph 1, for marijuana 0.3gs possessed by the said D in the guest rooms in the non-resident rooms in the city of Australia.

7. The defendant has committed the same harm.

8.0 around 22:00 smoked in the manner described in the foregoing paragraph 1, for the 3rd floor of the Australian City F private house in the Republic of Australia, the 0.3g of marijuana possessed by the said D.
