A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On June 15, 2019, at around 22:30, the Defendant purchased and sold marijuana and LSD (lsD). On June 15, 2019, at “C” located in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, the Defendant: (a) placed the shopping bags containing approximately 40g of marijuana from an indicine foreigner; (b) 1 of LSD (SD) in the form of postage that is a psychotropic drug ( approximately 2cm of length x 2cm of vertical length); (c) 1 of the mari-type, containing marijuana seeds; and (d) 40g of liquid cBD, comprising marijuana ingredients, provided that the said foreigner paid KRW 1 million in cash.

Accordingly, the Defendant traded marijuana and sold LSD at the same time.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On June 15, 2019, at around 22:00, the Defendant smoked in the manner described in paragraph (1) at the place, where the Defendant took a fluoral fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fla

B. On July 2019, the Defendant: (a) placed in the tobacco pipe in the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government’s residence; (b) placed approximately 1g of hemp in the pipe of tobacco, which had been held in advance; and (c) smokeed in a way of smoking with a fire attached thereto.

C. The Defendant at the end of August 2019, No. 2-B.

Within the residence described in the port, approximately 1g of marijuana was smoked in a way that embling flaps by attaching a fire to roller flaps.

E. On October 3, 2019, around 24:00, the Defendant smoked in a way that makes it difficult for the Defendant to use approximately 1g of marijuana to put 1g to roller clicker, with G, H, and I, while spreading together with G, H, and I.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana in collusion with G, H and I.

F. The Defendant around 00:30 on October 4, 2019, at around 00:30 E.

In the place described in the port, the tobacco pipe previously holding approximately 1g of marijuana shall be put into the pipe, and the fire shall be attached with G, H, and I.
