A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
[Status of the Defendant, etc.] The Defendant was appointed as Grade 10 in technical service from Sep. 26, 2006 to February 8, 2009 at the Sungsung-gun Eup Eup Eup Office located in the center of Gosungsung-gun, Sungsung-gun; from Feb. 9, 2009 to Jul. 5, 201, from Oct. 7, 201 to Aug. 13, 2012, from Oct. 13, 201, the Defendant was in charge of civil affairs from Oct. 5, 201 to his/her general service; from Aug. 14, 2012 to his/her general service; from Oct. 15, 2015 to Dec. 15, 2015 to his/her general service; and from Oct. 13, 2011 to his/her general service; and from Aug. 14, 2012 to his/her general service;
I is a public official of Grade E from March 2, 201 to August 13, 2012, who served as the chief of Grade VI in the High Military Administration; J was a public official working as the chief of Grade VI industry at the Gosung-gun Office from July 1, 2013 to January 14, 2016; K was a public official from January 13, 2015 to January 14, 2016, who worked as the chief of Grade VI in the Gosung-gun Office Civil Service and the G Team; and L was a public official of Grade VI serving as the chief of Grade VI civil service and the G team from January 16, 2016 to the present.
M is a person who, from around 2007, has operated the "O" in Gangwon-gun N, supplies office supplies to the public offices in Sungsung-gun, such as Sungwon-gun, Gangwon-do.
[Attachment] Defendant A and the owner of the foregoing “O” in collusion with the Gosung-gun E and the leader I, from May 2012 to July 2012, 2014, to the G division in the field of the industry of Gosung-gun F-gun’s office, and from December 2, 2015, to the Gosung-gun’s civil petition division K division in the G team leader and the G team leader from January 2016 to August 2016, the fact is as follows: (a) in collusion with the above “O” operated by M to receive a letter of estimate and a false letter of commitment; and (b) in fact, if the M did not receive a letter of commitment and a letter of commitment from the said “O” to November 2, 2014.
