[Criminal Power] On December 27, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year with labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. by the Seoul Southern District Court, and is still under probation after the judgment became final and conclusive on February 6, 2014.

【Criminal Facts】

From 2012, the Defendant had a certificate of alcohol existence due to the abuse of ordinary alcohol, and suffered from detailed unknown personality disorders, shock control disorders, etc., and was hospitalized in the mental ward and received treatment several times from around 2012.

Therefore, the Defendant committed each of the following crimes under the state that the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to excessive drinking following the proof of alcohol existence:

1. "2015 Highest 3246";

A. On August 8, 2015, at around 21:49, the Defendant: (a) was used in front of “D” singing, located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul; (b) filed a 112 report to the effect that the Defendant was used by the Defendant; (c) the Defendant: (d) the police officers assigned to the Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station E zone E zone of Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, and the police officers sent out after having received the 112 report to the Defendant and tried to return to the Defendant; and (d) the police officers assigned the above police officers to the direction of the Defendant, and (d) the police officers sent to the said police officers, “I am as I Ga, I will do so, I will do so, I will do so, I will do so, I will do so, and I will interfere with the police officers’ legitimate treatment of the police officers, including the police officers assigned to the scene at the request of support, by bringing them to assault the Defendant under the direction of the next police officer to the Defendant.”

B. The Defendant, at around 22:12 on the same day, was arrested from police officers G as flagrant offenders committing obstruction of the performance of official duties, and was arrested in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E District of Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station.
