A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of imprisonment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 27, 2018, around the bus stops in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, at around 05:20 on Nov. 27, 2018, the Defendant informed the Defendant that he does not locked while boarding the taxi, and sent the Defendant at the seat of the Seoul Young Military Police Station D Zone D District of Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, to calculate the taxi fee, and guide the Defendant to the calculation of the taxi fee.
