A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding 600,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 25, 2015, around 02:10 on October 25, 2015, the Defendant obstructed the business of the victim’s bar business by force for about 20 minutes, such as: (a) around 02:10, when the victim D (the age of 32) operated in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (“E”), after drinking alcohol and paying the price, the Defendant did not go at the main point; and (b) the victim’s demand for delivery from the main point was received; (c) and (d) the victim’s demand was made.

2. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, at the same time and time as the above paragraph (1) above, and at the same place, called “F Zone G belonging to the Seoul Young-gu Police Station, which was called to return to the Defendant’s house.” On the ground that he rejected G from the police officer on the ground that he was found to be in the F Zone of the Seoul Young-gu Police Station located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Seoul, and the police officer called “I will receive money from the people,” and called “I will receive money from the people for 40 minutes or more,” while under the influence of alcohol, he went through a very rough act and alcohol or scambling at the government office, such as taking the police officer’s place in the F Zone of the Seoul Young-gu Police Station located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, for about 0 minutes.

3. The Defendant’s obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) the police officers under the jurisdiction of the Seoul Young Military Police Station were forced to go home after having the Defendant go to the front of the district; and (b) the police officers under the jurisdiction of the said district to go to the front of the district; (c) the police officers under the jurisdiction of the Seoul Young Military Police Station I, who received 112 report of 112 of ’the above paragraph (1), called the Defendant and sent back to the seat of the Defendant; (d) the police officers under the jurisdiction of the Seoul Young Military Police Station I asked the Defendant to go to go to the front of the patrol; and (e) the Defendant tried to go to go to the front of the patrol; and (e) the police officers on the front of the said vehicle.
