Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 25, 2014, at the top of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B Apartment, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the Defendant’s lawful performance of duties regarding the protective measures, etc. of police officers by walking off, leaving the police station of the Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station C commander of the Seoul Military Police Station, who was dispatched after receiving the 112 report that the Defendant was used on the crosswalk; and (b) obstructed the Defendant from walking back to the 8th line; (c) “I am, I am back, I am back, I am back, I am back, I am back, I am back, I am back, I am off, I am.”
