A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Around December 12, 2017, at a D restaurant located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around 07:19, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim E (the 58-year-old) who was an employee of Gangdong-gu (the 58-year-old) ordering the Defendant to drink one part of the gresh and left the house; (b) placed the victim’s vessel at the fresh while taking the Defendant’s desire to do so in the same year; and (c) placed the victim’s head with steel materials, which are dangerous objects at the gresh; and (d) placed the victim’s head at the right eye part of the gresh part that requires treatment for about 15 days.

The Defendant used the victim F (the 60-year-old age), who is the main owner of the above D restaurant at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, was able to stop the Defendant’s difficult operation, and the victim’s face was faced with the victim’s face, and the victim’s body was walked several times.
