1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants and J sent back to the Eastern line, along with the new wall on January 1, 2017, to the main point of “L” located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K.

1. On January 1, 2017, Defendant A and Defendant B committed joint crimes around 05:17, and on the ground that Defendant A followed the Defendant’s appearance of the victim M (19 years of age) at the above main point, Defendant A and Defendant B were punished by a trial cost, and Defendant B was able to take the face of the victim by drinking together with this.

The Defendants assaulted the victims in common as above, and led the victims to a 21-day hot spring in which there is no common room for treatment between the victims.

2. Defendant A and J jointly committed the crime committed by Defendant A and J were at the same time, place as in the preceding paragraph, and the victim N(19 years old) of the said M’s friendship victim, and the J moved the victim’s head, leading the victim’s head, and Defendant A was at the time of the victim’s head and her body due to drinking and growth.

The Defendant and the above J jointly assaulted the victims as above, thereby causing the victims to take medical treatment for about 14 days.

3. 피고인 C, D, F의 공동 범행 피고인들은 전 항 무렵 위 주점 밖 노상에서, 피고인들 일행과 위 M 일행이 대치하며 말싸움을 하던 도중, 주점에서 나온 위 M의 친구 피해자 O(19 세) 이 피고인들 뒤에서 이를 제지하자, 피고인 D는 팔로 피해자의 목을 감 싸 안고, 피고인 C은 피해자를 걷어 차 넘어뜨리고, 피고인 D는 넘어진 피해자의 얼굴을 발로 걷어차고, 피고인 F은 기절한 피해자의 얼굴을 재차 걷어찼다.

The Defendants assaulted the victims in common as above, thereby causing the victims to suffer from cerebral rupture in need of treatment for about 14 days.

4. Defendants C, D, F, E, and the above J’s joint criminal acts are going beyond the direction of Defendant C to walk up with Defendant C in order to seek the aboveO, who is a victim-friendly P in the preceding paragraph, and they are drinking by drinking to Defendant D, F, and the victim.
