A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 01:50 on March 10, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Drivers, Violence, etc.) boarded a taxi operated by the Victim C (Age 55) while under the influence of alcohol in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangdong-gu and became a first-time police station.

3. Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.

4.
