Punishment of the crime

1. At around 04:55 on June 28, 2014, Defendants I, A, and J co-principaled the Defendant’s day-to-day street in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, with a view to: (a) the Defendant’s day-to-day arm’s day-to-day arm’s day-to-day arm’s day-to-day arm’s day-day arm’s day-to-day arm’s day-day arm’s day-to-day arm’s day-day arm’s day-to-day, and (b) the victim B (27 years old), C (28 years old), and D (27 years old) passed

2. 피고인 B, 피고인 C, 피고인 D의 공동범행 피고인들은 전항의 일시 및 장소에서 위와 같이 피해자 I(22세), 같은 A(20세), 같은 J(24세) 등과 시비가 붙어 피고인 B은 피해자 I을 넘어트린 다음 발로 피해자를 4회 가량 걷어차고, 손으로 피해자 A의 멱살을 잡아 밀치고, 피고인 C은 발로 피해자 I의 배를 걷어차고 주먹으로 얼굴을 수회 때리고, 손으로 피해자 A의 멱살을 잡아 넘어트리고 주먹과 발로 피해자의 얼굴과 몸을 수회 때리고 걷어차고, 주먹으로 피해자 J의 얼굴을 1회 때리고, 피고인 D은 피해자 I을 넘어트리고 팔로 목을 휘어감아 조르고 주먹과 발로 피해자의 얼굴과 몸을 수회 때리고 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly assaulted victims.
