Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who entered and stays in the Republic of Korea as a short-term visiting visa (C-3) and obtained a national technical qualification certificate, was able to extend the period of stay by changing the visiting employment visa to the overseas Koreans visa (F-4) and obtaining a national technical qualification certificate from the Korea Technology Qualification Examination Institute entrusted by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea.

However, while the Defendant was in mind of the lack of the ability to interpret and correct the examination questions in Korean language, the Defendant was willing to apply for the examination in an unlawful way by mutual consent to pay one million won each of the written and practical examinations, as he became aware of the Bracker B, etc., instead of the examination issue, by informing the applicant of the Bracker B, etc., through the leaflet.

1.
